Niloban was fortunate to be given the opportunity to study overseas and gain a good education. After graduating she returned to her home town Phrae, a small province in Thailand, to educate farmers on producing high-quality organic rice.

Niloban uses Facebook  to sell her rice at a premium price and in return supports the local community.
